《Actual Practices in Lean Field Management》
【Course Background & Objectives】
Since China entered WTO, the role of China has gradually shifted from the “world’s factory” to the “world’ market.” However, how can China’s manufacturing industry confront its foreign competitors and win the competition? Price competition is inevitable: given the same quality, those with lower prices win! Therefore, it is very urgent for China’s manufacturing industry to improve product quality, lower production cost and construct production systems with ultra-low cost.
This course aims to help enterprises learn how to stage the 5S program so as to eliminate waste and achieve internal value increase and improve field management with lean management thinking and production systems so as to construct first-class production fields and systems and get upper-handed in the drastic market competition.

l Buffering areas and placement sites
l The stabilization of the transferring system
Transferring is a kind of waste, but without it, production activities cannot be carried out.
The material transferring system of the timely production pattern is the most efficient way with minimum transferring (the necessary materials, time and quantity during the production process)
